KPM Technology LLC develops and operates professional visualization software for contractors and home improvement companies. Our current products include Cabinet Visualizer and Floor Coating Visualizer.
This Privacy Policy applies to kpmvisuals.com, our hosted visualizers, demo systems, customer accounts, lead generation tools, showroom tools, administrative systems, forms, and related services.

Customer Content and Ownership

By providing Customer Content, the customer gives KPM Technology permission to host, transmit, store, process, resize, analyze, and use that content as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, troubleshoot, improve, and support the service.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have the rights and permissions required to upload and use any images, logos, customer information, or other materials submitted through the service.
Customer Photos and Personal Information
KPM Technology does not sell customer uploaded images or customer personal information.
Customer photos and related project information may be processed as necessary to create visualizations, provide project summaries, support lead generation, troubleshoot the service, and perform related platform operations.
Contractors using KPM Technology software are responsible for providing required privacy notices and obtaining any legally required consent from their own customers before submitting customer photos or personal information to the service.
Artificial Intelligence Processing
Certain KPM Technology services use artificial intelligence and image processing systems to generate visualization previews.
Images, selections, instructions, and related project information may be transmitted to service providers involved in creating or processing a visualization.
Generated visualizations are conceptual previews and should not be considered exact representations of final materials, colors, textures, finishes, measurements, lighting, installation conditions, or completed work.
Payments
KPM Technology may use third party payment processors, including Stripe, to process subscription payments, setup fees, onboarding fees, and other charges.
Payment card information may be collected and processed directly by the payment processor. KPM Technology does not need to directly store full payment card numbers when payment information is handled by the payment provider.

KPM Technology primarily provides services to businesses. A contractor or other KPM Technology customer may use our software with its own homeowners, customers, website visitors, employees, or sales staff.
In those situations, the contractor is responsible for its own privacy practices, customer notices, consents, and legal obligations relating to information it collects from its customers.

You may contact KPM Technology to request information regarding personal information associated with your account, request correction of inaccurate information, or request deletion where appropriate and permitted by law.
